We’re thrilled to host a farm-to-table dinner featuring the exceptional talents of Proletariat Butchery and the boldly flavorful wines of Big Table Farm. Evening highlights: Welcome reception and garden tour Interactive preparation of pork dishes and wood-fired cooking with guest butcher Zeph Shepard Family-style multi-course dinner led by JORY’s culinary team Featured wines from Big Table Farm.
