Currents Gallery Workshop: Sketching for Fun with Confidence

Join Katy Vigeland for this one-day workshop. Turn down the volume of that
inner critic and have some fun drawing in your sketchbook ALL DAY LONG!
Explore different pens, pencils, markers and watercolor and discover how
each medium is special. Try different styles, including contour, working on a
colored ground, establishing values, and adding color and pattern. There will
be plenty of props for subject matter. Artists will draw each other and even
venture out to a public location. Supply list with registration. Note: Bring a
sack lunch and a bit of $ in case the weather drives us inside a shop.
