The Ultimate Truffle Experience

Back by popular demand, The Allison Inn & Spa has partnered with Black Tie Tours, Caballero’s Catering, Alexana Winery and Beaux Freres Vineyard & Winery, to create the ultimate truffle experience for Oregon Truffle Month 2024. In addition to a guided foraging expedition with a local expert, you’ll be served an array of culinary preparations featuring Oregon truffles and wine pairings, and a two-night stay at The Allison. This is a small group experience not to be missed! Date options include Feb. 9-11, 10-12, 11-13 and Mar. 23-25, 24-26.
