You’re invited to gather in the Chef’s Garden with us for a celebration honoring the beauty of late summer in Willamette Valley wine country. We’re thrilled to host a farm-to-table dinner featuring the exceptional talents of Proletariat Butchery and the boldly flavorful wines of Big Table Farm.

Evening highlights:

  • Welcome reception and garden tour
  • Interactive preparation of pork dishes and wood-fired cooking with guest butcher Zeph Shepard
  • Family-style multi-course dinner led by JORY’s culinary team
  • Featured wines from Big Table Farm. Winemaker Brian Marcy and artist Clare Carver will share stories of their farm inspiring their craft
