Readings @ the Nick: Jane Wong

Jane Wong grew up in a Chinese American restaurant on the Jersey shore and now lives in Seattle. She is the author of the debut memoir, Meet Me Tonight in Atlantic City, and two books of poetry: How to Not Be Afraid of Everything and Overpour. The Washington Post hails Wong’s work as “Joyful. . . . lyrical. . . . Wong’s memoir invites those who have been overlooked in America to hold up their verses, accolades and solidarity in a collective rejoinder to their detractors.”
