Alchemist’s Jam

Artisanal jam shop, coffee shop and bakery featuring an array of house-made jams using fruits from local farms as well as slow-fermented sourdough breads and pastries using local, organic grains. Our bakery items include sourdough cinnamon rolls, sourdough bagels, boules and baguettes, fruit and savory galettes, hand-pies featuring our jams, cookies and more. Espresso is a specialty roast created by Bastion Coffee in Portland. Plan to arrive early because everything sells out quickly.
