The Pinot Paddle is a three-day guided kayak journey down the Willamette River, hosted by Willamette Riverkeeper, blending scenic paddling with wine tasting, local food, and riverside camping. This 40-mile paddle from Independence to St. Paul (just outside of McMinnville) winds through some of the most beautiful and tranquil stretches of the Willamette, with nightly camps set up in peaceful riverside parks. Along the way, participants enjoy curated wine tastings from some of the Valley’s best-known producers, hearty locally sourced meals, and the camaraderie of fellow adventurers. Whether you’re a seasoned paddler or new to river travel, this fully supported trip is designed for comfort, connection, and immersion in Oregon’s natural beauty. Spots are limited and this trip fills quickly—advance registration is required.
